Description: Construction Manager for a 70,000 sf Select Service Courtyard by Marriott. The wood framed structure includes 121 guest rooms with indoor pool, fitness center, meeting space, full service kitchen, restaurant and bar.

Client: Omni Hotels & Resorts (Dallas, TX)
Architect: Omni Hotels & Resorts (Dallas, TX)
Description: General Contractor for 22,000 sf of venue space. The project included complete replacement of all finishes.
